The walk outside to get to my room and luggage watch was a bummer. The soap holder came off the wall. Overall, a good value. Just need a night before the cruise, walking distance to the old city port.

Our family had a fantastic time in San Juan! The kids especially enjoyed the stay, and we all loved the beautiful beaches and the shops nearby. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and convenient, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to provide recommendations. Walking around Old San Juan and experiencing the local culture was a real treat. Overall, it was a memorable and family-friendly stay. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Oliver Hotel. I arrived early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised that my room was already ready for check-in. Everything was clean, well-kept, and beautiful. The location is fantastic, just a 15-minute walk to Old San Juan and the beach.
