"We had a great time staying at this property. Its located in a great location. Close enough to allow easy access to the area. Close to the entrance of Yosemite and close enough to Oakhurst. We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed over spring break. This year we reached the tail end of the snow. The owners made sure the driveway was plowed so we could get in and out around without problems. There is plenty to do if you get snowed in. We brought our four legged family members and they loved the...

"The room was lovely -spacious, clean, nice decor, comfortable beds. The host was responsive and helpful. The location is quiet, nestled in a beautiful mountain setting in the Sierras. The lady who works at the General Store was very helpful in letting is use her phone when we learned Verizon does not have service up there. The lodge, which is a separate building from the rooms and is closed, is a marvelous piece of mountain architecture that offers beautiful grounds and a Frederick Remington...

Top Ponderosa Hotel Reviews

One acre with a fire pit, kids play area, treehouse, zipline, pets welcome

10/10 Excellent

"My guys love this cabin. We're working in the area and rent cabins frequently for employees. This is one of their favorites."

Ranch Getaway in the foothills of the Sierras

10/10 Excellent

"The property was absolutely beautiful. My family had such a great time. The kids loved the big tree swing. They enjoyed canoeing around the pond and they hiked the hills up to a fun cave. The deck was so enjoyable in the morning to have coffee and in the evening to sit around and have a glass of wine. The host was very prompt in replying to any questions we had. We were very impressed with the entire experience."

Enchanting Castle with Nature View to Relax

10/10 Excellent

"I came to Springville for a wedding and needed a place for a few days. Despite the requests from my family, I refused to settle for some boring room at the Days Inn and sought after something more unique and memorable...something more suitable for an odd blue collar faery type person who needed to pre-game for a faery themed wedding at the most graceful pace possible...and in style. I knew when I saw the enchanted castle that it was far superior to my alternatives and proceeded to enjoy every part of existing in such a splendid micro-palace. It could use more mirrors, and maybe some window screens, but nothing detracted from the experience. Such a great combination of rustic elegance and posh grit. Highly recommend for princess tomboys and feral queens."

Tiny Trees Cabin (Giant Sequoias)

10/10 Excellent

"The property is beautiful. Some DYI projects resulted in both the shower and bath not functioning well or getting very hot with multiple users. However, the home has great space and very cozy. Be warned the location is a little rough! It takes close to an hour to get from the town to the property because of the drive up the mountain. As long as you don't have things planned away like we did you'll be fine. Fortunately, we had some groceries from the first leg of our vacation, or we would've been stuck without food for breakfast... make sure you arrive with everything you need!"
