"We have stayed at Siding 16 numerous times. The site is getting 'on in years' but clean and well looked after. Our unit was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good! Staff were personable, and very helpful! Parking was at our unit door and so very convenient for unloading/loading out stuff. Bottom line -- we certainly got our money's worth and will stay there again when we are visiting."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach and plenty of things to see locally. The place was very quiet and comfortable. "The desk clerk upgraded my room because they shampooed my original room . They gave us two complimentary water and soda. I had hurt myself at a different Venue and she bagged me some ice and gave me a facecloth. Staff were fantastic and it made my stay even more special. Beds were fantastic . The toilet was low and should have had a grab bar to help seniors get up. The restaurant next door was amazing with huge portion"

"Host was great to deal with and very responsive. Had some issues with BBQ and she brought a new one right away. House is clean and lots of towels extra bedding. Main bedroom mattress could use a nice foam topper as very hard. Info states air conditioning but it didn’t actually have any. Just blew warm air. It was easy cool down though by opening windows at night and there are a few fans. Could you sue some better pots and pans & plates etc. The screen porch was the best part and great to have with mosquitos etc. Needs some cards and games for entertainment. Also would have been nice to have a wagon and beach chairs to take down to water. Property is located fairly close to water but a bit further to the beach itself. Overall it was a good stay but needs above to make it more enjoyable. Nice gated community."
