Welcome to Pont-Aven, the city of painters and galleries, where art and nature meet. We offer a fully furnished house, ideal for a stay of 4 people, located in a peaceful environment only 700 meters from the town and shops. Enjoy a large green garden, a sunny terrace with a barbecue for outdoor meals, and explore the Breton beaches, accessible just 10 km away.

Open the gate, walk along the terrace and push the entrance door. You will discover a reception hall that opens onto a bright, spacious living area, directly accessing the terrace. The kitchen, open, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will also find a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee maker. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people or outdoors on the terrace. In the evening, gather in the cozy living room with its comfortable sofa, television and coffee table. A bathroom with shower and an independent toilet complete the ground floor.

The night area is located upstairs and consists of two bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed, a private water point, and a private toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds.

For your comfort, a washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal throughout your stay.

You will also benefit from a secure space to store your bicycles, as well as a parking spot in the house's courtyard.
