Maison au calme, 1 seule chambre climatisée.Le mobilier intérieur ne reflète pas les photos de l'annonces.Les extérieurs mériteraient d'être entretenus : petite pelouse à tondre, haies à tailler et chemin d'accès à améliorer.Piscine sécurisée.

Heerlijk huis

Een hartelijk ontvangst, door de taalbarrière wat lastig maar we kwamen eruit.Heerlijk huis met in de woonkamer airco. In de slaapkamer wordt de airco nog aangelegd.Matrassen zijn stevig maar slapen prima. Eigenaren hebben rieten matten voor het hek gemaakt zodat ons hondje vrij kon rond rennen.het zwembad was écht heel fijn met tropische temperaturen.Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn NIET inclusief maar wel te huren bij Sandrine, anders dan op de site vermeld wordt.Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!Bedankt Sandrine en Luciën

Hek werd dicht gemaakt met rieten matten, helemaal top!
Niet groot maar wel heel fijn verwarmd zwembad

Belles vacances de Printemps

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans la maison de Sandrine. Très calme, avec une jolie vue sur les vignes et une agréable piscine chauffée. Les environs sont superbes, de belles marches, des visites culturelles (Arles, Nîmes, réplique de la grotte Chauvet…) et les gorges de l’Ardèche toutes proches pour une descente en kayak. Bref des vacances ressourçantes pour toute la famille

Très bon séjour

Très agréable séjour en famille dans cette charmante maison, conforme à la description. Les atouts de cette location sont le calme, une vue dégagée sur les vignes, des espaces pour chaque occasion, espace piscine, espace pelouse pour l'apéritif, l'espace repas à l'ombre midi et soir. L'espace parking est clos et partagé avec la maison voisine. L'accueil cordial de Sandrine et Julien, les propriétaires, leur disponibilité, leurs informations sur les évènements locaux ont été très appréciés. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wir haben im Mai/Juni zwei Wochen im Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist komplett eingezäunt- super für uns mit Hund. Das Haus liegt oberhalb des Ortes in einem reinen Wohngebiet. Schöner Blick auf die Weinfelder. Die Fotos zeigen leider nicht mehr den aktuellen Stand. Die schöne Deko auf den Bildern ist nicht mehr vorhanden, alles wirkt etwas heruntergekommen. Das Inventar hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Beim Kleiderschrank kam uns schon die Tür entgegen. Beim Einzug lag eine Klobürste im Spülbecken in der Küche, die dort noch von der Reinigung lag (!?), was sehr ekelhaft war. Bei der Buchung war leider nicht ersichtlich, dass man für Handtücher und Bettwäsche noch extra zahlen muss. Da kamen nochmal 35€ pro Person dazu. Die Endreinigung war mit 120€ ebenfalls sehr happig, vor allem wenn man den Zustand des Hauses beim Einzug bedenkt. Der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin Celine war sehr gut. Ein Problem mit dem Eingangstor, das nicht mehr auf ging, wurde sofort behoben und schon am nächsten Tag repariert. Celine hat immer super schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Alles in allem finden wir das Haus zu teuer für die aktuelle Ausstattung.

Séjour au top !

Villa conforme aux photos . Calme,intimité, propreté avec tout son confort. Propriété fonctionnelle et ressourçante. Quelle chance nous avons pu apprécier la piscine chauffée au mois d'octobre. Merci aux précieux conseils de la propriétaire et de sa disponibilité pour passer un séjour très agréable dans cette belle région.

Great family vacation

Great location but if you want to do some sightseeing you need to have a car. Not to far from all main visiting sites. Top vacation, kids want to go back next year 😁

Très agréable, bon emplacement

Bel accueil, belle maison (calme avec magnifique vue sur les vignes), bien equipée et près de tout (visites, rando, supermarchés, marchés dans les nombreux villages ou villes aux alentours, etc). Des hotes toujours disponibles et à l écoute à toute heure de la journée. Bref des vacances reussies ! Allez-y les yeux fermés Encore merci Benjamin

Summer get away

Super séjour à Pont Saint-Esprit. La maison était fantastique, la vue imprenable et la localisation parfaite. La piscine a été d'un grand secours lors des chaudes journée. La propriétaire a été très accommodante et nous a même permis d'arrivé plus tôt pour nous permettre de faire notre télétravail. L'internet était très rapide (470Mbps). Somme tout, de très belle vacance.

Séjour calme, reposant & confortable

Maison mitoyenne d'un côté avec parking commun sécurisé, mais bien séparée du voisin. Vue imprenable sur les vignes, pas de vis-à-vis. Bien orientée, on est protégés sur la terrasse même quand le vent souffle. Commerces à 5mn en voiture. Emplacement assez central pour rayonner dans la région. On a passé un séjour calme et reposant, absolument pas dérangés par le voisinage malgré qu'elle soit dans un lotissement. Hôtesse hyper-serviable

Maison très tranquille dans la campagne proche de la ville

Nous avons trouvé la maison très tranquille avec une magnifique vue dégagée dans la campagne. La maison a aussi un grand salon avec TV, trois chambres spacieuses et il y a tout le nécessaire (avec les draps et serviettes, à louer à part). Il y a un jardin avec table pour manger à l’extérieur et une piscine, pas utilisable en avril car trop froid. La propriétaire est très disponible et gentille.

Toplocatie

Het was een fijn huisje op een mooie plek. De afstand tot het dorp was langer als aangegeven en dat was jammer. Je moet toch de auto pakken. Maar de gastvrouw was heel aardig en had leuke tips voor de omgeving en restaurants. Nadeel vond ik wel de bedden die vond ik niet fijn liggen, maar dat is persoonlijk. Het uitzicht was top!
