Country cottage with swimming pool, for 8 people, fully equipped
In the middle of vineyards and olive trees, this tree-lined gîte is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, with family or friends. Able to accommodate up to 8 people, it has a swimming pool secured by a barrier.
The covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool has a large garden furniture, a barbecue and numerous sun loungers. With a view of the surrounding Garrigue, peace and serenity are guaranteed from the garden.
New in 2015: a pétanque court and a children's playground (swing, slide, ...) are available.
Inside, the cottage is air-conditioned and offers all comfort services:
- Open fitted kitchen
- Dining room with 8 seats and baby chair
- 3 bedrooms with double bed, one with baby bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 shower room
- 1 bathroom
- 2 separate toilets
Note that in addition to all the necessary household appliances (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, dishwasher, TV ...), the cottage has free internet access and private parking.
End-of-stay cleaning is optional at 150 € (to be paid upon arrival)

Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie (5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Haus und Grundstück mit Boulebahn und Pool sind traumhaft. Übergabe und Rückgabe waren unkompliziert, Frau und Herr Garin sehr freundlich, unaufdringlich und bemüht. Der Pool wurde von Herrn Garin liebevoll gepflegt und war entsprechend begehrt.

Tres belle maison, bien équipée et au calme. La vue est très agréable et dégagée.

Un très bon séjour dans une magnifique villa
Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. La villa est très bien équipée, fonctionnelle, pratique et adaptée pour des enfants même en bas âge.
Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et disponibles au besoin tout en restants discrets.

C'est une belle maison .Le coin repas sous la pergola et la piscine( très bien entretenue) sont très agréables et donnent un certain cachet à l'ensemble. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et extrêmement gentils . Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, merci à eux pour leur accueil .

Très agréable maison et accueil chaleureux.
Nous avons passé un super week-end entre amis dans une maison très agréable et propre avec tout le nécessaire et une très belle piscine (certes en mai un peu froide) et un terrain de pétanque et une terrasse ombragée mais surtout un très agréable accueil avec à disposition des boissons aux frais et les glacons étaient déjà prêts pour l'apero et surtout des propriétaires très arrangeants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous revenons tout juste d’un week-end dans cette magnifique maison, très fonctionnelle, disposant d’une très jolie piscine et d’un terrain de pétanque agréable. Les propriétaires sont disponible et très arrangeant. La maison est au calme et à seulement 2 mn du centre ville de pont st esprit

Magnifique
La maison de vacances de Neha et Pierre est digne de leur accueil, de leur bienveillance. Tout est réuni pour un séjour au calme, la maison a tout le confort, il ne manque rien, la piscine sécurisée est magnifique. Belle touche trop top pour les jus de fruits et le saladier de melon très frais. Merci à vous deux de nous avoir fait passer une belle semaine.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette propriété faite sur mesure pour notre grande famille. Plaisir et détente pour nos petits-enfants aussi bien que pour leurs parents. La maison très bien équipée, la piscine sécurisée, le portique, la pétanque et les repas sous la tonnelle ont occupé toute notre semaine...nous ne sommes sortis que pour le marché du mercredi soir. L'accueil est sympathique, chaleureux même, les propriétaires ne sont pas loin, ouverts à toute discussion; merci à eux pour ce super séjour.
