"My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. I appreciated being able to do my laundry easily with the machine in the garage and the estendal in the closet. It was very close to universidade do Açores, which we needed. But also close to other more tourist things like the seaside and the beautiful church. Really the only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom doesn’t have a fan for ventilation, but very small since you’re not in a bathroom for very long anyways."

This property has a kitchen and common element which is also very nice. Only downside would be that the surrounding environment is noisy as probably my room is facing the street. "I stayed in the royal sweet and there was a bit of a smell. Unfortunately for me, the bed was uncomfortable. They are very firm and im used to something alot softer. I ended up sleeping on the pull out could which was better. Other than that breakfast was good and staff very friendly. I would stay here again since it is confidently located and parking is great."
