This lovely 102m² three-bedroom apartment in Arrifes offers a relaxing retreat for families and friends seeking comfort and tranquillity.
The property is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs.

The inviting living room features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. Step out onto the private balcony, where you can unwind and take in the fresh Azorean air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, the apartment also offers a dishwasher, a washing machine, and ironing equipment ,ideal for longer stays.

Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third has two single beds. All feature complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom is well-appointed with all necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This lovely location in Arrifes, Ponta Delgada, offers a peaceful setting close to the main city while surrounded by the charm of the Azorean countryside. Arrifes is one of the largest parishes in Ponta Delgada, known for its agricultural roots and quiet residential atmosphere.

The area provides easy access to everyday conveniences such as supermarkets, cafés, local shops and essential services. You will also find the RIAC Arrifes citizen service store and a local post office nearby, making it easy to handle any practical needs during your stay.

Guests can enjoy exploring nearby attractions such as the Gruta do Carvão, a fascinating lava tube cave, or the Miradouro do Caminho Novo, a scenic viewpoint offering beautiful landscapes of São Miguel Island. The area’s mix of rural charm and proximity to Ponta Delgada city centre makes it ideal for those seeking both tranquillity and convenience.

Arrifes is only a 5 to 10 minute drive from Ponta Delgada’s city centre and the João Paulo II Airport, ensuring quick and easy access to the main points of interest on the island. Public transport is also available with bus stops connecting Arrifes to the surrounding areas.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus stop, Rua Eduíno De Jesus, Arrifes, is just a 3-minute walk.

João Paulo II Airport is a 9-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
