"Have stayed here before. Lovely little boutique hotel that needs a little updating. Great staff. What spoilt our stay was a small thing but small things are important. We booked for 2 nights but after 1 night we found a note reminding us to check out by midday. Went to reception who were very apologetic. However, they did not update their system and when we tried to get it into our room the key would not work. So, another trip up to reception. Very annoying."

"I loved the location right on the beach and the wonderful customer service by all staff. They really work to help English speakers have a great experience. During one of the rare rain storms the restaurant and several other common areas leaked. I’m sure they’ll fix that."

"Good business hotel with comfortable rooms and great staff. Little things let it down like the complimentary water and teabags in the room not being replenished. Good underground parking. Some rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy due to the traffic outside."

"This hotel is near food, stores and the beach. The bathroom is small but the rooms are a good size. The bed was not very comfortable. The staff was very helpful kind and friendly. The breakfast area is small and often very busy. "

"Great hotel right on the beach in Ponta Negra, Natal. I really liked this place from the start to finish. Great large rooms, good bathrooms, great bed, nice kitchen area, good AC. Everything about it was very nice. The pool is great and the upper deck is wonderful. Access to the beach is just a few feet from the hotel. Very excellent stay for the money and value."
