Living / kitchen with grill, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, TV 32 ', ceiling fan (all new) and household items;
Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink in separate rooms, inside the property (not collective);
Garage for 2 small cars. At the roof is 6 meters, only one car gets covered.
There are 6 apartments (3 on the ground floor and 3 on the top)

Foi uma experiência incrível. O apartamento é uma graça, completo, com tudo o que se precisa. Fomos bem recebidos e sempre em comunicação com a dona, o que nos dava segurança. Tudo bem organizado e limpo. Além de ser a una quadra da praia. Pretendemos voltar.

Comodidade e descanso pertinho da praia

O imóvel correspondeu às expectativas! Os ambientes são amplos e a vista do mar é linda. Cabem 8 pessoas muito bem acomodadas. O que me surpreendeu foi a excelente circulação de ar do apartamento, o que ajuda a manter o ambiente sempre bem arejado.

Apto equipado, vista pro mar em região tranquila

Fomos muito bem recebidos pela proprietária Márcia, que foi muito atenciosa. O apartamento é muito bem equipado e limpo, tudo novinho! A vista pro mar é um diferencial. A praia é de areia fininha, o mar não é bravo e a água estava morna, uma delícia!!! O local é bem tranquilo e sossegado, sem agitos, perfeito para descansar. O imóvel ventila bem, e os ventiladores de teto ajudam muito, mas esta época do ano está fazendo muito calor, pegamos mais de 30ºC todos os dias, então uma sugestão para melhorar ainda mais seria instalar ar condicionado, pra ficar perfeito! Adoramos e esperamos retornar em breve!!
