Villa 293 Holiday Villa with Private Pool

This beautiful stone farmhouse, complete with a recently built private swimming pool, is perched on a hillside north of the Lima River, offering inspiring views of rolling vineyards and olive groves. Lovingly restored and thoughtfully extended, the original building has been transformed into a spacious summer retreat comprising the main house and an adjacent cottage.



Inside, exposed beamed ceilings and terracotta floors reflect the timeless elegance of the Minho region—famous for its historic manor houses adorned with coats of arms. Bright, air-conditioned bedrooms in the main offer modern comfort in a traditional setting. The fully equipped kitchen leads into a welcoming open-plan living and dining area, tastefully furnished with sofas and an open fireplace—ideal for relaxed gatherings with family or friends.



At the far end of this space, French doors open onto a large terrace with sweeping views across the surrounding countryside. Shaded by sun umbrellas, this terrace becomes the heart of al fresco living. On the upper floor, a spacious second living area opens onto a shaded balcony, offering more panoramic views and a quiet space to unwind.



A few steps up from the main house lead to the adjacent cottage and the private swimming pool, set on a lawned terrace above the property. The pool area enjoys sunlight throughout the day.
