"This hotel, located directly across the street from Venice Mestre is a godsend. It’s a clean hotel with a great breakfast, small friendly bar, excellent service… and is a perfect place to stay on your way to Venice. Train into Mestre, drop your things off at the hotel, ask for references of where to eat in Venice and then takeoff. Also, when the day is done, come back to the hotel for a relaxing, non- crowded evening. We’ve been coming here for the last four years whenever we visit Venice and it’s a perfect hotel."

"Very helpful moving from my early suite to tour executive suite. They stored my bags, and delivered to new room. Room was higher up, 3rd floor, but still see canal. Great food at restaurants and surcharges, 3uero a person at them. Ask for prices this isn't a inexpensive place, but transportation available. Be informed on transportation prices available, it will be expensive if rushed. Public transit, available touch card to pay."

"Besides my sink was clogged and my shower head wouldn’t turn on. I still did like my stay here. Just wish the water worked better. Will be back but next time I will have to change rooms if the water faucets are not working properly"

"I think that for being far from San Marco. They need to be more flexible with the exit time. Especially if they are not fully booked. Because the day you depart there is not much you can do, but to stay in the Hotel, but if you have to leave at 3 you are out of the room by 12. If they were situatednin the center it is a different store. Other than that the rest exceptional."
