"The suites are large and newly renovated , the lobby is dated and could use an update . The area in general is not pleasant for families as the hotel is situated adjacent to a shelter so young kids are exposed to some interesting characters , but the feeling is not dangerous overall, but you should be alert. One or two streets the other way you are in a great tourist areas and a stone throw from Rideau mall. "

"I liked my room and it was clean for the most part. Cushions on the couch needed a good cleaning as they smelled like old sweaty head. I also noticed under the bathroom cabinet had tons of garbage and dust bunnies (oops!). The tv app was a little buggy ( and I had to remove other people’s Prime accounts — lucky for them!
