"The hotel was very clean and safe and the staff were very nice. It is a very new hotel, and they don’t have some of their systems sorted out. For example, you access the information about hotel services via a QR code, but you have to call from the hotel phone for some of them because there is no number or link included online. That (and Utah being weird about alcohol) meant I had to leave my room several times, when the point of my trip was to lock myself in the room and work on a presentation where I wouldn’t be interrupted."

"We got there at 4 pm an hour after check in starts and they didn't know what rooms where clean, they were really busy we booked 2 rooms. The staff was very nice but made us wait a while and when I got my room it smelled like cigarettes and I have small children so I had to go back to change my room they were able to give me another room after 15 min, I ended up getting into my room after 5 pm. Sadly when we used the bathtub it didn't seem clean and the carpet had a big stain like puke that had some splatter into the wall. I was very dissaponted about this Marriot facility, usually Marriot hotels are great but this one was rather dissaponted. The breakfast area was very cramp and crowed, very little seating areas. The pool and hot tub are very dirty. The staff were really nice and tried to help, but everything seem very disorganized. The next morning they didn't have any pool towels and when we ask for blankets we had to wait a while to get clean ones. The beds are comfortable. The room was quiet even though we were really close to the freeway so that was good."
