Designed with charm and sourced sustainably in collaboration with the Lumber Barn, the house features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, an open space common area, a country kitchen and living room with a TV and woodstove. Three bedrooms provide sleeping for two people each, while the fourth bedroom includes two trundle beds and can sleep four. The living room also has a pull-out sofa and a couch for additional sleeping options. All bedrooms have cathedral ceilings with exposed wood rafter ties.

The property is within biking distance to the Edwards Ferry Boat Ramp and the C&O Canal Towpath. Washington DC is about 45 min beautiful drive through Potomac, MD. Poolesville is only an 8-minute drive down the road, where you can find several restaurants and shops. The rear of the property has a hunting area and is close to a wildlife management area.

The barn at the end of the driveway can be used for parking cars, storing kayaks, bikes, and socializing under cover.
