Lovely, Lake Front 2-Bedroom Cabin with Porch and Dock on Saturday Pond
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at this house! From the moment we arrived, we loved the peaceful setting, beautiful views, and thoughtful touches throughout the property. Tom, the owner, lives next door and warmly welcomed us and we met his dog Finnegan. He gave us a quick tour of the house.Inside and out, everything was set up with comfort and fun in mind. The kids loved the bunk beds and on a rainy day, we cozied up inside with the Smart TV and board games. (As a mom, I can’t say enough about the surplus of hooks in all the rooms, such a small detail, but it made a huge difference for hanging up beach towels, clothes, and jackets), and our dog loved laying under the dining room table and watching what we called ‘Squirrel TV’ out the window. The dock itself was fantastic, with comfy chairs perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or unwinding with a book. The kayaks were such a fun bonus, and we loved paddling around. There was great fishing for the kids, mostly small fish they were able to handle themselves, and they spent hours on the dock. Outside, we made great use of the picnic table and fire pit and the Adirondack chairs were the perfect spot for watching the water and waking up to the loons calling was a treat. It was also so convenient to have beach towels provided. Everything about this place was thoughtfully designed and so well cared for. We only stayed 3 nights, but it honestly didn’t feel like enough. This is an amazing space and we were so happy with our visit!"
"Home was very clean, rooms large and beds were comfortable. Saw deer in back yard! Walk to the lake nice and easy and lake was crystal clear. Main Street Bridgton was quaint and had some wonderful shops and really great shop owners! "

"We stayed for 4 days. We had a wonderful stay, the house was beautiful. Steve, the property manager/caretaker, was wonderful. He was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. He knew we were having a small wedding on the property and made everything beautiful, made the driveway nice and smooth. I do not have a bad thing to say about our stay. We hope to return with all of our 25 guests in the future! "
