KITCHEN & DINING
Plenty of space in this kitchen, a separate butler’s pantry with a full-sized fridge/freezer. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast with plenty of bench space, microwave, huge oven and gas cooktop and the essential holiday appliance, a dishwasher. Some added extras include a rice cooker, a slow cooker, a Soda Stream and let's not forget the Nespresso Coffee machine – it’s going to be hard to leave and eat out at our many awesome restaurants and cafés. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area, this is a great house for the family to gather. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
This amazing property has 2 living areas, one for the kids to sit and watch TV and one for the adults in front of the huge rock fireplace with a magazine and a glass of local wine. Another area off the bedrooms enables any work from home or study options with a desk area and extra bean bags to hang out in. Both lounge areas have Smart TV’s

WIFI is included at this property.

HEATING & COOLING
Slow combustion wood fire in the living room, ducted heating and cooling in the rest of the house. Ceiling fans are in the bedrooms. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

Ensuite: Shower, toilet and vanity
Main Bathroom: Shower, full size bath and vanity. The toilet is separate.

Well behaved pets are welcome upon request. *Please note this property is fully fenced however, the front gate/fencing is more suited to medium – large dogs. Small dogs MAY be able to get out under the fencing.

The house was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The pool was spotless clean and the house is walking distance to local cafe for a coffee in the morning and pub for a wine in the arvo! Will certainly be back !

My 6 friends and I had a lovely stay. The house is exactly as mentioned in the listing. The beds were very comfortable. Well equipt kitchen and a bbq if you wanted to make your own meals. The house was very comfortable with space to spread out between the main lounge room and the theater room as well as the dinning area and outside table by the pool which was amazing on some very warm days. We will definitely be back

Very beautiful, clean, modern house. Our group had some issue on the second night with the hot water but they tried to assist us. Everything else was great otherwise. Overall it was a wonderful weekend at this house.

The beds are comfortable, and rooms are spotless and spacious. The house is a short walk from the centre of Porepunkah and a 5 minute drive into Bright. We'll be back.

The place is newly built and is very pretty. Very spacious and sufficient for a big group. Felt like home when we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Compliances are well stocked. There is a pool at the back that is only available during the warmer months. Would have been better if we didn’t need to drive to Bright to collect and drop off the keys. Also, one of the requirements was to put dishes back after washing before checkout. Seemed a bit rush for those who have breakfast before checkout.

House is in immaculate condition with quality linen. Rooms are spread out so everyone has his/her own space & enough televisions for different viewing. We had a lovely time there & would like to come again.Just a little note about the Nespresso - the milk frother is not heating up it only spins.

Overall the house was really nice. Comfortable, spacious, mostly clean. Walls and skirting boards need a wipe over. We were told the pool would be ready to swim in but it needed a clean and had lots of leaves and bugs, despite the filter being turned on. Beds were comfortable. Lovely to sit by the fireplace each night. Only big dogs would be secure in the yard. Dogs under 5kg would squeeze through the bars in the fence. A lockbox at the property would be good instead of traveling onto Bright to get the keys at the real estate agent.

The House itself is brilliant. the pool gets sun majority of the day and they layout of the house is perfect for families with and without kids and also yard friendly for pets (so long as the front gate is closed). Good for group time together as well as being big enough to have private retreat areas. All the facilities were in working order, everything was clean and there was ample car parking. Beautiful street, friendly neighbours and beautiful surrounding views. It was good to be away from the busy hustle in town and have the benefit of a short 6minute drive into Bright town. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

The house is large, boosting 2 indoor areas for relaxing, an office-games area and a lovely undercover area with BBQ, overlooking the pool. The kitchen and butler kitchen provided plenty of storage options and bench space. The cupboards were filled with numerous electrical appliances to help with all catering needs. The ensuite and bathroom were roomy and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The ducted heating made the whole house cosy. There was 4 couples in our party, each and everyone was impressed with this home. The whole place and appliances were spotlessly clean. We’ll go there again. This is a modern home with all the creature comforts, we stayed 3 nights with 2 other couples.As it was during May, the weather was rather fresh and not suitable for taking advantage of the swimming pool or spa. We plan to come back during warmer months to test it out ;)Open space living with modern kitchen, large double garage and it was CLEAN!Things to consider. The front master b.room has its own bathroom/toilet, however the remaining three rooms would need to share. It was manageable for 2 couples, but would be a bit of a challenge if we had more people. Fire place was fantastic, but only discovered that to get air you needed to turn a know on a wall that we thought was for the ceiling fan.Anyway overall really nice place and we plan to be back in the future.
