"Fabulous view of Sea of Galilee. Nice to walk down the street to see the Sea. Quick walk to downtown shopping and markets and restaurants! Tight for 6 folks and could use some more documentation on how to do a few things like how to get hot water in shower, how to get down the elevator, how to find the correct building because Google Maps is not clear and there are no addresses on the building, what the WiFi password is, etc. Overall a nice stay!"

"The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. Clean the mould in the showers

"If the air conditioning had gotten the room cooler than 26C on our first night, I’d have been happier. The other problem - was the mould and unclean appearance of the shower and the fact that all 3 shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. I liked the hotel staff and appreciated the room was quiet and comfortable but AAAAGH how do they accept such low levels of deep cleaning? "
