Enjoy an ideal location 300m from the beach and coastal path to explore the South of Brittany on foot or by bike. Set off to discover the Jade Coast, its coves and sandy beaches in a preserved natural environment, combining the charm of the countryside and the proximity of the ocean.



The 45m² apartment is located on the garden level of a family house on a private wooded property of 4530m² in a quiet second-row setting. As the house is not occupied, you are the sole occupants of this two-double-bedroom apartment. Single or double sleeping arrangements according to your preference (80 or 160 cm bed). The accommodation can thus accommodate up to 4 people.



The open kitchen overlooking the living area is equipped with a high table with stools, gas hobs, a combined microwave oven, a refrigerator, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and various kitchen utensils and appliances (citrus press, vegetable slicer, crêpe maker, raclette machine, potato masher...). The living room with WIFI has a television and provides access to a 15m² wooden terrace with outdoor furniture. A shower room with WC completes the rental. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, air conditioning, an ironing board and iron, a washing machine, a charcoal barbecue and an additional refrigerator-freezer are also provided. You have a covered parking space in the garage and two outdoor parking spaces on the property.
