    This 55 m² Pornic house features a living room with TV, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and washbasin, a fully equipped kitchen (2 hobs, 2 burners, mini oven) with direct access to the terrace, a bedroom with 2 single beds (80 cm), a bright living area with a pull-out sofa (90 cm), a bathroom with washing machine, and separate toilet. Enjoy the enclosed, tree-lined garden with a west-facing terrace, outdoor furniture, and barbecue.



    Parking is available in front of the house on the lane.
