Relax in this unique and peaceful home, perfect for couples or families! This charming semi-detached country house is located in the heart of La Birochère, on a quiet cul-de-sac, just 700 m from the beach and thalassotherapy center, and 350 m from the Old Port.



The 55 m² Pornic-style house features a living room with TV, one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and washbasin, a fully equipped kitchen (2 hobs and a mini oven) with direct access to the terrace, a bedroom with two single beds (80 cm), a living area with a pull-out sofa (90 cm), a bathroom with washing machine, and separate toilet. Enjoy the enclosed west-facing garden with terrace, outdoor furniture, and barbecue.



Parking is available in front of the house on the cul-de-sac. There is one parking space on the property, plus free street parking.



One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. The property offers convenient self check-in. Final cleaning is available for an extra fee.
