La Cabine du Capitaine – Holiday Home with Sea View, Shared Pool and Private Garden PO35

Located in the La Joselière area, just 50 m from the beach and water sports center, this charming holiday home sits within a private estate offering a shared pool and tennis court. With about 24 m² over two levels, it features electric heating, a living area opening onto the garden, a kitchenette, a sleeping area with bunk beds, plus a bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a sofa bed (steep stairs). Enclosed private garden. One parking space is provided.



The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. The tennis court is available by reservation. The property is close to the beach, public transport is within walking distance, and another tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. One parking space is available on the property, with free street parking also nearby.



One pet is allowed. A free shuttle service to the train station is available.



Final cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra charge.
