Charming rustic appeal. Great location and shady garden - apple trees - but sandy moss rather than grass underneath. Could do with some updating of appliances and kitchen equipment although the host was quick to remedy the lack of vegetable knives and pan lids (thank you)Concertina bathroom door opens into the kitchen which is not ideal. As mentioned in other reviews a fabulous location - very peaceful with lovely birdsong and we enjoyed our stay

Die Lage nahe am Meer, Wanderweg und Stadtzentrum ist toll.Die Kommunikation und der Empfang war sehr gut, speditiv und freundlich.Das angkündigte Ferienhaus/Villa entpuppte sich als kleines Anhängsel einer Villa nebenan. Der kleine Hof, als Garten bezeichnet, wird zur Hälfte vom Autoparkplatz belegt und wirkt nicht sehr gepflegt. Es hat zwei Klappliegestühle und billige Plastikmöbel. Im Haus drin, ist uns ein penetranter Essiggeruch entgegengeschlagen und dieser war auch im Kühlschrank. Am Küchenboden blieb man kleben. Die Toilette war nicht richtig befestigt und es ist Wasser ausgetreten. Die Möblierung/Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und lieblos zusammengewürfelt. Wir können leider keine positive Bewertung abgeben, wir haben das Häuschen nach nur einer Nacht verlassen und eine andere Unterkunft suchen müssen.

idéalement situé, à quelques mètre du sentier des douaniers, restaurant à quelques mètres, centre-ville facilement accessible à pied. L'hébergement très propre, bien fourni, environnement très calme. Joli petit jardin, possibilité d'y garer son véhicule.Vraiment idéal.

Séjour agréable à la Birochère

Très bon séjour. Annonce conforme. Proximité de la plage et du chemin des douaniers qui permet de relier le port de Pornic en 3 km.J'ai enlevé une étoile car : À notre arrivée la plaque électrique ne fonctionnait pas. Les propriétaires ont pu la changer le mardi matin. Difficile de faire mieux et je les remercie. Ce qui m'a un peu genée c'est la non prise en compte de la gêne occasionnée. Nous avons refait des courses pour nous adapter au petit four ancien... Un petit geste aurait été apprécié. Juste à côté, il y a de gros travaux dans une propriété : marteau piqueur, bip incessant de recul : difficile de profiter du jardin jusqu'au jeudi férié !Recommandation : installer un petit loquet à la salle de bain.

Un havre de paix près de la mer

Randonnées sur le sentier des douaniers, balade dans Pornic, visite des environs (château de Nantes, Saint Michel Chef Chef et son atelier Saint Michel…! Une très belle région. Propriétaires sympathiques et à l’écoute si besoin. Très bon séjour. De plus, excellente restaurant à deux pas.

Sowohl die Nähe zum Wasser, als auch die in Gehweite erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren toll. Dominique und Jean Michel sind herzliche und verbindliche Vermieter, mit denen wir uns gleich gut verstanden haben. Das Haus ist klein, aber die wichtigen Lebensbereiche ausreichend groß.Die Trennung zwischen Badezimmer und Küche könnte mal b´neu gemacht werden... Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Danke

Ruhige Lage

Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig und doch sehr nahe zum Centre Ville mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto . Leider war das Wetter in unserer Woche ziemlich unbeständig, sodass es teils auch kalt war. Draußen Frühstücken ging leider nur 1x. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Grüße H.

Gezellig huisje aan de kust

Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaars. Een knus, maar gezellig huisje met een kleine, volledig omheinde tuin, ideaal voor onze hond. Ideaal vertrekpunt voor fijne wandelingen langsheen de kustlijn en Pornic zelf.

Belle semaine à Pornic

Maisonnette agréable avec son petit jardin proche de l’océan. Très bon accueil et très bonnes prestations. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut . Parking voiture à l’intérieur . Sentier côtier à proximité qui permet l’accès à pied à la ville de Pornic

super séjour à La birochère Pornic

Petite maison très bien située (3mn de la plage à pied). Extérieur très agréable sans vis à vis et avec possibilité de rentrer la voiture. Tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner en bon état. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine ensoleillée idéale pour les ballades sur les petits chemins en bord de mer. Merci à Karine et mme et mr Sauvage.

Charmante petite maison avec un jardin clos , sans vis à vis et qui permet de stationner la voiture. Excellente situation en bord de mer. La maison est bien équipée , lumineuse et agréable avec une literie de bonne qualité. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires et bonnes infos sur l'essentiel pour passer un bon séjour .
