Great place for a family holiday.

The house is comfortable and well equipped. It has everything you need for a family of 4. Nice territory with a swimming pool and sports grounds. Very friendly and responsive hosts.

The accuracy of the advert misses one obvious point. This Pierre et Vacances property is perhaps 1 of 100, so a potential for 400 other guests wishing to use the 26 beds by the pool. By missing that one fact transforms the basis from a quiet retreat to a noisy holiday camp.It is now 2025, having free WiFi is just another utility. 15 for 5-days was perhaps appropriate in 2005. This applies similarly to the washing facilities. We were fortunate to be only 2-people, we needed the second bedroom for a dressing room as the wardrobes are locked.Despite these obvious shortcoming we did have an enjoyable holiday eating Fruits de Mer and enjoying Pornichet itself.R&M June 2025.

Maison confortable et bien équipée. Résidence calme (du moins hors saison) et idéalement située pour visiter la région. L’accès à la piscine et au sauna est un plus. C’est la seconde année consécutive que nous profitons de ce logement. Nous avons de nouveau passé un très agréable séjour.

Excellent séjour à Pornichet. La résidence est calme et les équipements sont bien entretenus (piscines, terrain multisports). La maison est agréable et très propre. Plusieurs petits détails qui facilitent le séjour (étendoir à linge, patères dans les salles de bain, petit meuble à chaussures dans l'entrée...). Terrasse agréable pour prendre les repas. On sent que les propriétaires ont vraiment envie de faire plaisir à leurs hôtes et de proposer un séjour de qualité. Merci à vous et à bientôt !

Très bon suivi du loueur avec réponses immédiates aux questions posées. Lieu calme et agréable. Infrastructure extérieure bien entretenue tout comme la location avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue de bon aloi. Seul bémol pas de rampe d'escalier pour l'accès à l'étage rendant l'accès plus difficile aux personnes moins valides

Très bon séjour

Pornichet est une petite ville très agréable, avec de nombreuses occupations, même avec un bébé. La résidence était très confortable et adaptée pour une famille, avec tout le confort nécessaire.
