"Excellent hotel with fabulous facilities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast were very nice in the Selini Restaurant, lunch is the Gaia also very good. Dinner in the Gaia offered a wide selection of options however the Selini could have offered more choice including a fresh grilled fish dish. I would definitely stay there again if I was to return to Kefalonia."

"We had a villa with private pool, easy to park outside. The room was clean and tidy a little dated but serviceable. My only comment is that the breakfast was cold, this could easily be rectified by investing in some better heaters. We would stay here again. David and Inga"

"We had a lovely friendly welcome at the reception when we arrived and were shown to our rooms which had a balcony and side sea view. The location of the hotel is right across from the harbour and very central for bars and restaurants. The receptionist was also very helpful with booking our transfer to the airport with George."

Liberatos Village

"We had a lovely stay at Liberatos Village. We stayed in an apartment with a kitchenette, which was a great choice. It seemed reasonably new compared with other parts of the hotel and was very clean and comfortable, with one of the best showers we've ever had at any Greek accommodation! The hotel is sprawled across a large area, and our room was quite a walk from the reception and pool area, but we appreciated the privacy this afforded. Lassi is a small but very pleasant resort, with many nice tavernas and easy transport links to nearby Argostoli. Please note that it is very hilly! We had not fully appreciated how steep a hill the hotel was on, which made the walk down to the main street and back up again each time rather daunting. Many people took a taxi up the hill, which cost EUR 8 each time, but we preferred to brave the walk - we certainly came home fitter than when we arrived! We were rewarded at the top by the stunning views. We must also thank Liberatos Village for putting us up for an extra night after our 8.30pm flight home was grounded at the last minute. They were very kind and accommodating during these difficult circumstances and we really appreciated it."

"Wonderful family run hotel. Nice sea view quiet and also the breakfast buffet was nice and fresh with a few food items even marmalades, homemade. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and made our stay enjoyable. It was located within five minutes by car from downtown Poros and the Ship Marina were most of the ships come and go to mainland. Nice tourist shops restaurants, mini-market and bakery/Patisserie that make coffee, bread, sweets and their own ice cream."

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location, yummy breakfast. The beds are comfy and rooms are spacious and clean. There is some noise from the square which goes on late into the night, but windows keep most of the noise out if closed."
