"Hotel facilities were great with an easy check-in! Staff were pleasant and very helpful! The unit was updated and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The motel had just been recently painted along with a fresh paved parking lot. The motel is conveniently located close to town as well as 5-10mins from the Black Ball Ferry line (which was the reasoning for our stay). I would recommend staying at the Aircrest Motel! "

"Hotel was easy to find, easy to park. The desk person was very helpful to find a great restaurant to eat. We went to Downriggers and we highly recommend it. Room was compact, but had everything we needed. "

"Lovely, quiet space. Appeared to be new or newly renovated. Decor was what I would call upscale cabin. Only strange thing was the shower/tub that seemed to be right above our bed from the upstairs unit. We go to be early so listened to them showering and or bathing both nights. Lots of special touches throughout."
