This was my second time here first time i had a room that smelled like it had pets in it ,had a pet oder, this time was pretty good clean and comfortable.

Second time staying there elevator out of order again. Toilet bowl water continues to run never fills up for flushing. Building states no smoking but second floor smells like ashtray.

Toilet was broken and sink was clogged. I informed the front desk within 30 minutes of checking in and reminded them again the next morning. Both times they told me that it would be taken care of. After staying in the room two nights and checking out, still, no one came to fix it. A used bar of soap from the previous guest was still in the shower so it couldn't have been cleaned well. It's sad because I've been staying at this place for a while. It was nice at first and a very good deal for the price. But it seems like there's been no maintenance or upkeep and they don't really care to.

Smoke detector hanging down off of ceiling

Clogged drain that took about 10 minutes to fully drain.

Toilet with broken chain. The only way it could be flushed was to take the lid off and pull the thing in the middle up.

There was these weird pill like substances on the floor. Crushed and powdery. Didnt trust. Room had a musty smell. Red flashing lights all night in the windows.
