The property presents very well from the outside but the rooms although clean are in need of an upgrade. Food in the restaurant was fine and the price per night is reasonable for the standard of the property. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

We had a lot of daddy longleg spiders in the bathroom, kitchen and behind the sliding doors. Big gap under the main door had to put a towel there to stop breeze. However, the staff were all lovely and the restaurant food was excellent.

The staff were fantastic, very helpful, food excellent. I stayed for 11 days, my room did not have a sofa which was the only downside. Excellent views of the ocean. Will definitely stay again.

This is a cute accommodation close to the Port Arthur historic site. Great for a night or two. The rooms heating was excellent for a cool April night. The restaurant was cosy and served great meals.
