When I got there the first room was so dirty and one of the staff came and change my room because the toilet was not clean

I paid for 2 nights when I got there I couldn’t take a shower, no running water and the toilette wouldn’t flush. Since it was late I could not get a room a the other hotel around so I ended up spending the night there, when I complained about it I was told there was no others room available. I was told I would assign to another room the following... I woke around in the morning and turned in the key to the front desk so I could issue another room I was told the other rooms were not cleaned yet so I left with my belongings when I got back they wanted me to sleep in the same room #111 with no running water and a toilet that could not flush. I asked them to refund me the money that night they were walking around and told me they couldn’t get a hold of the owner .. so I left so I want to refund my money

The room is not appropriate for the price. They don’t offer nothing in the room. Shred towel. Mosquitoes, mites and bugs in the room. I won’t return over there for ever.

I rented two rooms on my last trip. I did not have water for 2 days. One room had ni light in the bathroom. If you don't ask for a towel, you don't get any. You get what you pay for. Some of the staff makes you want to go back. Some act like they do not care if the place falls and crumbles.

Nice but disappointing

The hotel looks nice with a nicely shaped swimming pool. I checked in around 4p.m. I was escorted to my room. There was no towels, no soap. And no tissue paper in the room. I went down to the front desk an hour later to remind them that I had no towels, soap or tissue paper. They said someone would be up to my room shortly. I had to go back down around 8p.m. to make the same request and a actually waited to take the items up myself. The AC unit shuts down every 10 minutes or so. The windows can't be shut properly. I rained while I was there and the floor got flooded. I stayed there for 3 nights. I never left the room and not once did anyone come to clean the room. I had to physically go to the front desk to request that my room be cleaned on the 3rd day. When they finally sent someone to do so, she removed the pillow cases and told me she would bring 2 clean ones back. I never saw a pillow case until I checked out. The place is fairly nice but management sucks.

the hottel looks nice, but my mom toilet had water on the floor ,she reported it they did not do anything.and in the rservation breakfast was included,they did not give her anything ,she asked for a coffee until she left no body came and I need my money back please

I was moved to three different rooms every nite and every room had a water problem, the face bowl, toilet or shower wasn't working, the last one I went into, the rubber mat on the floor of the bath tub was like a thin plastic that when the water gets on it . I stepped on, it slides and and I fell and hit my back and shoulder so hard and the water was pouring from the shower I couldn't managed to get up the said time and all was on my mind Lord let me get up before this tub full and I drown in here because the tub itself had a drainage problem, I think the manage is terrible there, they needs to fix it properly to be on this site otherwise the staffs were very helpful.

First day i got there they couldn't find my Reservation and told that i have to pay for the room or leave. So i had to call Orbitz so they can resend my Reservation. The A/C in our room didn't work and we ask for a fan luke 10 times my boyfriend had to go down snd get one. It take the staff three day to clean are room. None of the staff checked on us to see how we was doing. One of the staff said that we had to PAY $5 to eat in are room. When it say you can have breakfast in are room. But the breakfast was good.I will never come back AGAIN

During my weekend stay at Hotel Luxe, I was terribly disappointed about on the maintenance of the room and the service of the front desk as i attempted to get a room change. Upon arrival, it took an hour for the staff to get my room and when they did it was their worst possible room. After my room was booked and i was settled in, I attempted to take a shower but quickly realized I couldn't because the shower head fell off causing water to fill the room floor; when maintenance came to fix it all they did was dry the water then left , will not referre anyone to go at this hotel.

Catastrophe le personnel pas à la hauteur. Pannes électricité incessantes. Nous avons quitté l hôtel le lendemain et perdus deux nuitées nous sommes retournés au Royal oasis à Pétionville
