"The check-in was problematic! They requested a 50.00 cash deposit. This is NOT mentioned on any materials via Hotel.com; they refused to take a credit card. They also said that they could hold my passport in exchange for the cash deposit (which is illegal!). I was very disappointed. I had to find an ATM (which is not easy here at the moment).
