2 Story Upscale Beachfront House With unobstructed Beach Views from every room.

Enjoy waking up from any bedroom with a view of the ocean. Have your coffee on the balcony of your bedroom or downstairs in a large den full of Windows with unobstructed ocean views. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs that share a balcony with an unobstructed view of the Ocean. The bedrooms upstairs has a wall of windows that face the ocean. You can just lay in bed and watch the ocean roll in with the brown pelicans and other salt air birds enjoying their habitat. There is a 4th bedroom downstairs. There are 3 full bathrooms 2 upstairs and 1 down. The large den Downstairs has a wall of windows that also has an unobstructed full view of the Ocean. The house is located in an upscale subdivision in Crystal beach. In Crystal beach you can rent golf carts to drive on the beach which is one of the many reasons I chose Crystal beach instead of Galveston.

Do not walk over the dunes, there is a $1500 fine. There is a neighborhood walkover to the beach next door, please do not walk through neighbors yard.
Please run dishes in the dishwasher before departure.
Bag up all trash in trash bags and deposit in blue trash cans at the end of our driveway by copacabana.

Beautiful Views

Beautiful views from every room of this great home on Bolivar Peninsula! The kitchen was well equipped and home was the perfect size for our family of eight adults. Plenty of outdoor chairs and loungers for enjoying the views and sun or shade on the large partially covered porches! We hope to return to The Salty Lime!

Christmas Vacation

This was our second stay at the Salty Lime over the Christmas holidays, and it was as great as the first that made us decide to return. The location can't be beat.

Take Mom to the Beach

It was wonderful! The cabin was in a great location, easy access to the beach, had plenty of room for everyone, a great AC, a fun kitchen to cook in, super comfy beds with good pillows, easy to access wifi…it was perfect for us.

Couples Getaway

There were 5 couples in our group and this was the perfect house! It had plenty of space/beds, the balcony was great and the view was amazing! It was just a short walk to the beach.

Great place for reconnecting with friends

We love staying at the Salty Lime. The configuration of the bedrooms is great and the beach is pretty with the sunrise views. We had a girlfriends trip and this house was perfect. Reyna is a great host.

Amazing weekend

We loved this house! It was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Conveniently located near The Big Store for groceries and supplies, and Stingaree Restaurant. The views are amazing, enough parking for everyone, only a few blocks from a golf cart rental, and the house itself is very comfortable and welcoming. We will hopefully be back.

Perfect location

Our family stayed there for spring break. The home was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the location right on the beach. It was very easy access to walk over to the water. We enjoyed it very much! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Happy beach stay!!!

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Salty Lime! The views were awesome. It is a short walk to the walkway to crossover the dunes. We setup our beach site near to the walkway and were able to come back and forth to the house very easy. Our beds were very comfortable, A/C worked great and everything was clean and fresh when we arrived! We will definitely pick this house again to spend a vacation at the beach!

Family beach trip

This is our second year to stay at this property. The location is excellent. The house is easy to get to from the road. It’s even better because it’s right on the beach. I love looking out the windows over the water. The night time view is beautiful as well with the ships coming in. It’s a very nice place to rest upon the balcony overlooking the beach

Perfect for a family get-together

A Salty Lime is a gem! Great location - you can’t get closer to the beach unless you camp on it. The views from the decks are gorgeous and interesting at the same time. It’s located in a quiet, family friendly community. Virtually EVERYTHING is provided with the house - all we needed to bring were our food and clothes. The host was very congenial and reachable. We hope to bring the family back again soon.

Crystal Beach Getaway

The location is perfect, with constant sounds of the ocean, beautiful views of the sunrise, & easy walks to the beach. The house has everything we needed to cook & enjoy meals together. The beds were comfy. Communication with Renee was beyond easy, exceeding expectations. This was our second stay at A Salty Lime, & there will definitely be a third.

Adult family stay

It was beautiful. The property was wonderfully located with easy access to beach. It was so terrific to have all three bedrooms with windows to the ocean. Lots of amenities. Kitchen was furnished well and beds were comfortable. We had a terrific time. The porch over looking beach was perfect.

Loved our stay, as usual!

Our extended family has stayed at A Salty Lime several summers now and we always have an amazing time. We range in age from toddlers to adults and it’s so nice to be close enough to the beach to head back to the house for naps, etc. as needed throughout the day. The setup allows us all to have our space within the house and enjoy the living space and large balcony on the first level together. We can’t wait for our next stay!

Nice weekend getaway

We had a nice weekend at The Salty Lime. The house was a nice size for us and we had plenty of room. The location was perfect and just a short walk to the beach. The house is showing some wear & tear. It felt clean and we were comfortable. We also appreciated the beach chairs that were available for use.

The best beach house ever!

This is the 6th time my family has had our vacation at The Salty Lime beach house and each time has been amazing! The house is equipped for every need! Wish I Could Live Here!

I can't imagine another beach house better than this one. The decor was delightlful, simple and beautiful. The ocean view perfect. The host was immediately attentive to a small situation we encountered. Wish we could have stayed many more days!

Beach Eclipse Hunters.

We were looking for a peaceful setting to watch the eclipse away from the marauding hordes and we found a beautiful, well cared for magical beach house. I’d trade eclipse totality for that experience any day, it was perfect, thank you.

Perfect House for a Family Vacation

We have rented a house at Crystal Beach for Memorial Day for years and years. This house is by far the best that we have rented. The owner is just lovely and is very communicative both before and after. The house is so amazing. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. I usually have to bring a ton of extra stuff because the houses are empty - not this one. There was salt, pepper, cooking oil and spices. Tons of pots and pans plus silverware. We could have fed an army. The house amazingly clean. Lots of extra towels for the bathrooms. The location was perfect - you can sit on the porch and just watch the waves or the people whichever you like. Being on the front row is my favorite. Getting to beach is just a short drive away on the golf cart trail. This end of the beach is much much calmer than further down towards the ferry. Our favorite restaurant, Stingaree is just across the highway. The Big Store is really close too. Overall, a perfect place to stay.

Family Vacation

Enjoyed the house!! The master bedroom upstairs has great views and big bathroom. We did have to take our truck out to beach with everything loaded in back so we didn’t have to make multiple trips. Well worth the beach tag(10.00) . Just make sure you take lots and lots of bug spray. The mosquitoes are out for blood!!!!!! Overall, I would stay again 100%!!!

Awesome!!

The house is amazing!! We went with 6 adults and 3 kids and we were all very comfortable. The house was clean and tidy. Everything we needed was available. The house is not far from the grocery stores, restaurants or anything you would need. The only complaint we had was the wooden deck chairs don't have a bottom on the cup holder so you can't put a beer can in it!! 😂😂

Loved the house!!

We loved this house! It was an easy walk to the beach with 3 kids that were 4 and under. Beautiful view! The only problem we had was finding the remotes for the smart TVs in bedrooms ( didn't really need to watch tv at the beach though) i sent 3 messages about them while we were there and never got a response. Overall we loved it and had a great time. Would love to go back!
