The Space:

Centrally located in the heart of Crystal Beach this comfortable, 2nd row house features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and accommodates 14. This 1300 square foot home offers great views of the beach and access by vehicle, golf cart or a short walk. The wraparound deck has a small dining set; perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and sunrise view with the sound of the waves.

3 Tiki Time has all the modern conveniences of home--microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TVs and high-speed internet. The well-furnished kitchen features a large bar great for dining or preparing meals. There is an additional dining table with room for four more.



In the primary bedroom you have one king bed, and the other two bunk rooms offer 4 beds each. One has two queen over queen bunk beds, and the other offers two twin over twin bunk beds.

A large area under the house is perfect for small gatherings (charcoal grill included), and has an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There is ample parking for all your guests.



Small dogs (35 lbs and under) are allowed with a fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Last year I had my 23-year-old son with me, this year is different because he passed away in May and we celebrated him and his heavenly birthday here, he would have turned 24 but he is forever 23.

Great relaxing trip

Had a great stay at this beach house. The house was very clean and well maintained and had a great view of the water. We took frequent walks on the beach with our dogs and spent time relaxing on the deck and enjoying the view.

The only thing I would change about this vacation home is more comfortable bed in master and twin bunk room, and a new fridge(was missing all door shelves and ice/water maker didn't work)

Our stay was okay... I would expect for the cost of the rental there would be more amenities and things like a floor fan or ceiling fan in each room and atleast a small tv in each room especially for guests with children. There was only a tv in the master bedroom and living area and only a ceiling fan in the master and living room... the ac didn't go below 78-80 degrees the entire stay and at some points I had to sit in the car with my infant to cool off becauae she was so hot my husband and I slept on the couches due to it being so hot and let my grandmother have the room with the ceiling fan. It did have a great view of the beach and great porch area.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Inside needs lots of maintenance. No working towel bars in either bathroom. Shower curtains falling down in both bathrooms because the rods are too short. The one bathroom with a door lock is hard to lock and unlock. Washer does not complete a cycle. Dryer still spins with door open and comes on by itself. All upholstered furniture is extremely dirty. Headboards and walls around bunks were dirty. Found a used vape cartridge and a straw under mattresses while putting sheets on beds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin slept 14 people but only had seating room for 4 at the dinner table 4 at the bar the couches were stained. The patio only have seating for 4 and 3 lounge chairs it makes no sense to only have that little seating for 14 people. It is way smaller than the pictures presents. In the master bedroom the door to the master bath gives you absolute no privacy and the shower curtain was falling off of the railing. The regenerator is missing all the door storage containers so it left us with less room for our food. I guess for the money I expected it to be a better cabin than most I have rented. I guess it was so much because of location which was great. All in all we had a great time.

The house was clean and nicely(albeit sparsely) appointed. We only used the master bedroom and it slept well. We were a bit surprised that household necessities, such as toilet paper,paper towels, and pot holders were not provided. Be sure to bring your own! Our only complaint was that the window covers did not block the very bright lights at nights.

The ice maker was broken and lacked typical amenities of a beach house- beach toys/ chairs/ salt and pepper/ hangers in the closets/ pots and pans need to be updated as well as the grill. Fortunately went and bought what we needed and made it work but some homey touches would’ve improved our stay.

Very Disappointed in the Cabin

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Swedes was great but the cabin itself is so filthy. Every entry you read in the guestbook inside the cabin will tell you the same. It’s not clean at all, very bare bones. No spices, no blankets, no games- beds only have throw blankets on them, no comforter/quilt. Just filthy and made it hard to enjoy a 4 day weekend.
