The views of the Gulf of Mexico are spectacular from either of the spacious decks. Featuring STARLINK internet! This home is stylishly furnished with all amenities imaginable and INCLUDES LINENS for no extra fee. The grill, built in picnic tables, and bar downstairs make entertaining easy and enjoyable in any kind of weather. Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure you leave the keys in the lockbox and lock the door when you leave. Please turn the A/C up to 75 degrees. Please take ALL trash (including bathrooms) & place it in the garbage downstairs.
Lock all windows and doors. Turn off all lights. Turn off all TV’s and place all remotes to the top of the TV. Empty all trashcans and place trash in the outdoor cans provided. Remove all linens.
Kitchen: Put all dishes in the dishwasher, put soap in, and turn on. Empty and clean out refrigerator and freezer COMPLETELY. Please clean up any spills. Outdoor: Empty and clean the BBQ pit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect View, Right on the beach, very quiet and nice layout

Stayed Valentines weekend 2025. Nice clean place on the beach and either nicely renovated or fairly new construction. Owner was very responsive and helpful to locate local amenities and help us with items in the home that we were not familiar with. We will certainly return for another stay!

Had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Loved the natural light, views and comfort. Arrived after dark and it was hard to locate lock box due to not knowing location and no lights. Towels were in dryer and dishes left in dishwasher. I would recommend labels on light switches as there are MANY. These were just minor inconveniences though.

Great home on beach!

House was very comfortable and in a great location. We loved the view! Had everything we needed there. Several restaurants and the Big Store all nearby. Host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Hope to be able to stay again soon.

This house was perfect for our family gathering!! The sleeping arrangements and main layout are great for multiple families with kids. It’s a short walk to the beach with great ocean views from the balconies.

Great location and comfortable house.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The location and views were great. There was an issue with the septic tank but it was cold so we didn’t spend too much time outside. Other than that, we highly recommend this house.

Great time with Family

Enjoyed our stay and so close to beach! Great view and no distractions with the lodging! Only need fire pit for the wife and recliner for the ole man! There was some outside and inside lights out but owner very promptly had that taken care of!

Beautiful beach house

Overall the house was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and supplied with everything you need. We had a slight issue with the noise from the neighbors, but the property manager was quick to respond. Quick walk to the beach which was nice!

Great view. Lots of bedrooms with private bathrooms, which made it really nice for us for gal pals who are all over 55. Kitchen was very spacious, overall had a fantastic time. No need to bring bags of ice, since there is a functioning ice machine, which was nice.

Great House!

Awesome location and the house has a wonderful layout and features. We really enjoyed our stay. My one recommendation would be to replace the key lock box. We had trouble checking in and checking out with it. THANK YOU for the great week. We will be back :).

This is our second stay at this property. We love the location and it accommodates us well. We were never able to lock the door and could not lock it with the key. Same issue as last year. Needs a new solution.

Girls' Weekend

Great time spent with friends and family before a first wedding. We had a catered brunch scheduled for another house in Holiday Beach, but when we entered the main room, our immediate reaction was....."this is perfect". The chef agreed when he came Saturday morning. We were able to get sun on the front porch and even had a pinata hanging from the upstairs' railing that exploded on the grass below. We all really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have been there longer.

Beachfront Getaway

Location was great. Easy access to beach, Owner worked with us and answered questions timely. If you plan to stay here you will want to bring extra blankets. There was only one extra blanket but 2 women who freeze. I would try and find out prior to booking if there are any planned events at the beach. Sadly this was our kids Prom and we were unable to access the beach due to a Swingers convention going on the entire weekend. It was very disapointing! The whole scene was very dusturbing! Drugs-nudity-vulgerness.
