Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return any borrowed items (kayaks, paddles, games, etc.) to their original spot.
Set the A/C back to 75°F.
Report any damage or issues so we can resolve them quickly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

DO NOT THROW ANY TRASH, TOWELS, WIPES ETC. INTO THE TOILET. CLOGGED TOILET WILL HAVE AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $250.
DO NOT CONSUME DRINKS OR FOOD IN TEXTILE AREAS. STAINS ON THE SOFA OR BEDS REQUIRE PROFESSIONAL CLEANING. $100 WILL BE CHARGED TO THE PRIMARY GUEST.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED, ANY ATTEMPT TO PARTY WILL RESULT IN A FINE OF $2,000. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
