Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Beachy Keen- This is a great home located in the Driftwood Addition across from the Big Store. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home accommodates 12 guests. With its large deck and crow's nest on top, you can enjoy glorious sunrises with your morning coffee, and breathtaking sunsets with your favorite beverages. Inside, the open-concept living room and kitchen area make the space inviting for family time, whether relaxing, watching your favorite movies on ROKU, playing games, or having meals. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities needed during your stay. The primary bedroom, in a loft setting overlooking the living area, has an attached bathroom with a jacuzzi tub/shower. Downstairs, the children can be playing games or running about in the oversized lot while the adults gather around the picnic table waiting for some great outdoor cooking on the grill. There is plenty of room both inside and outside to entertain family and friends. When you're ready for sandy shores and waves, the beach is just a short walk or golf cart ride away. There is beach access from the backside of the home on Olive Street. After a fun day on the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower. Everything will be "Beachy Keen" with a stay in this home!

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
