This beautiful property is located in the heart of Crystal Beach, near barrels 100-101, where you can enjoy the amazing sunsets over the bay, and sunrises over the Gulf. Relax in the roomy, open concept kitchen and living area. The master features a queen size bed with private bath. There are 2 guest rooms, each with 2 full size beds. The ground level features a sand shower, fish cleaning station, charcoal grill and picnic table. The large deck with beautiful furniture is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee with a view! We do not provide cooking oil or seasonings. Minimum age to book is 25 yrs. Coffee maker is a regular drip. Cleaning fee includes: Beds are made with fresh linens, towels are provided, starter set (enough for 2 days) of basic soaps and paper goods. There is an outdoor charcoal grill, please bring charcoal/lighter fluid. No pets allowed. Please no parking on the street. Property is not child proof. No events allowed, including prom groups. Please no more than 10 guests on the property at all times. Property is located across the ferry from Galveston, Tx, on the Bolivar Peninsula. As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund.
