Sand In My Boots has everything you could want in a beach house! Gulf Views, Bay Views, Close to all the best restaurants, Walk to the beach and so much more! This 2 bedroom 2 bath villa has plenty of room for the fam to enjoy! Relax on the deck enjoying views of the gulf and the bay. Spend time inside streaming your favorite shows, watching the DVD's provided, or playing some board games!
2 master suites with attached bathrooms and a pull out sofa for extra guests! Family and pets welcome!

The Community is just as awesome as our home! With a pool (pool is operable between March 1-October 31) , Jungle Gym, Observation Tower, Firepits, pond, and so much more!
Crystal Beach is an awesome spot with lots of amazing restaurants and other fun things to do! Book a fishing charter, parasailing, amazing seafood, or just relax and enjoy each others company! Take a quick ferry over to Galveston for some more exciting experiences!
We are pet friendly and we also provide couch covers, if you're having your buddy on the couch, and lint rollers cause we all know how that goes!

Quick Birthday Trip

Quick Beach Trip

We had an amazing time at Crystal Beach. The property owners were very accommodating and had lots to offer in the home. They were very quick and friendly with answering messages. The location was perfect. We will be staying again!

Perfect Little Get Away!

Chelsea’s communication was top tier and the whole process was easy! The house is in a perfect location, and with this house having two master bedrooms was ideal for us! Highly recommend this house!!

Lovely stay

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were there a few weeks after a hurricane so the pool wasn’t in great shape and locked up, which was a little disappointing for my nine year old but understandable. The host was very responsive when I reached out about the grill not working. Overall, great stay.

Last minute Getaway

We planned a last minute vacation for one day before school started and the beach house was perfect for us with the pool right across the street. I could sit on the porch and watch them swim. Loved the house!

Bolivar getaway

I rewarded my family for their help to a vacation on Bolivar and Galveston. My grandchildren got to see the Gulf for the first time. They all had a blast and loved the house. Practically brand new and clean as can be. Great trip. Thank you.

Cute House!

Quiet, small neighborhood just a short walk from the beach. Chelsea was very responsive and accommodating. If you want to spend any time outside, you must not fail to have bug spray.

Super close to the beach.

We brought our 11 month old on his first beach trip and the house had everything we needed. The beach is extremely close to the property. You have the option to drive or walk. We did the 1 minute short drive. We came on this trip after heavy rainfall and there was no high water, but lots of mosquitoes on the island as a whole, so bring bug spray. It really helps. I’d recommend this property to families of 3-4 or 2 couples! It was great for our family of 3.

Stay at Sand in my Boots

The house was clean and welcoming. Communication was great with host. The storm did cause some damage to community pool so it was not available. The grill needed some repair as it was damaged by water and the corn hole boards were broken. The amenities were nicely stocked and the home was cozy. The location was a nice distance from beach and we enjoyed or stay overall. I would definitely inquire about pool if that is of interest to you. Its part of the community so host has little control over its availability. In this case the storm damaged the pump etc.

The house appeared in person as it was in the listing. Convenient location to everything. Only two things that I would improve on. I would get a refrigerator with an ice maker and I would have a futon cleaned instead of covering up the stains with that quilted cover.
