    BEACH ACCESS: Subdivision has walk-over and golf cart access. For beach access by car, use S. Cove Rd.

Great house, awesome outdoor spaces, and so close to the Gulf.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The fully fenced yard was perfect for dogs and kids. So many covered outdoor options to enjoy breezes even when it’s raining. The kitchen had everything we needed and was large enough for multiple cooks at the same time. Everyone was able to sit at the large dining table or spread out at the bar top and game table. The living room sofa was massive making it a perfect gathering spot to watch the game or just talk about the day. The bedrooms were all good sizes with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were equally great. There was even a bonus 1/2 bath downstairs. Beach access was so close and just for houses in the neighborhood. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
