Great spot for family and friend beach fun!

This house had everything we could need and more for a great long weekend at the beach. Plenty of space to relax and have fun with friends and family. An easy walk to the beach, and a close drive to beach access through car if needed.

One of the cleanest rentals I have ever booked! Kitchen was stocked with all the essential and having 2 refrigerators with a large group was great! Great location, wonderful view from the deck, and quiet beach.

Fantastic beach stay

We gathered for our annual President’s Day family beach trip. Everything was absolutely fantastic with positive comments from everyone who attended. The place was very clean, stylish, spacious, well-appointed, and in a great location. The hosts were friendly and attentive. Looking forward to staying next year!

Perfect Setting

The house was lovely - new and clean. More family space than we expected and lots of table/counter seating for our group. Very close to the beach and the weather was beautiful. Lots of wonderful memories made.

Beautiful Home

My family of 14 stayed at Daydreamer for 5 days and 4 nights. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the. Bathrooms were clean. The patio was very nice and we were so close to the beach. Not much traffic on the beach, just a golf cart now and then. We loved DayDreamer!

Awesome

Our group was very happy with our stay! The house was awesome! Plenty of space for 6 families with a lot of kids. Kitchen has a complete set for cooking. They are very thoughtful for placing a baby gate by the stairs. It's a short walk to the beach. We love how the house have king and queen beds only. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends!

Best Christmas Ever

We were able to enjoy this big beautiful beach house with family and friends on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. It had plenty of space for everyone to move around in the kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to sleep and plenty of space for everyone to have restroom access and plenty of space for everyone to play games. This is one of the best beach houses we ever stayed in. It is a true 7 bedroom 4 bathroom house!

Family Trip July 2023

During our stay this property had an almost secluded beach on the weekdays. It became only slightly more active on the weekend days. The house met all our expectations. It was well furnished and had a well equipped kitchen. The deck overlooking the gulf was a consistent gathering place and had some shade at all times of the day while we were there. A cool breeze off the gulf made it very pleasant in the evenings. The only thing we regretted was not having a cargo lift on arrival and departure days.

Fun Vacation

Very well done property. Location is awesome and the views are outstanding. One or two minor things to add would be hooks in the bedrooms for clothes. An elevator lift, especially for bags, food and ice chest. Also if you have people that struggle with stairs. Note; the oven temperature is not accurate, runs about 40 degrees cooler than setting shows. And the dishwasher does not work very well. Out side gas grill center burner knob doesn’t work. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Sharing to help tweak the little things to make an even better experience for the next family. Wonderful place. I would do it it again.

Cousin Reunion

This house is a beautiful property on a quiet end of the beach. We arrived a tad early, and the manager came over to greet us. He was friendly and offered to be available for any questions or needs we had throughout the weekend. The house was decorated beautifully, and was clean. We have stayed in houses that required us to pay a cleaning fee, and then practically clean the entire house ourselves before we left. That doesn't feel like a vacation. I appreciated this house had a very basic and generous cleaning policy. Two refrigerators made mealtime nice for our large family. We brought groceries and shared meal prep, and the kitchen was well stocked with knives, pots & pans, bowls, etc. There was plenty of parking under the house and in the driveway, and there was a golf cart path through the dunes that led from the house to the beach. We could easily walk the path, but the sand was a little too thick and loose for our carts to make it easily. Other than that, we had an amazing stay. We definitely will be choosing this house again!

Beautiful and Quiet!

We loved our time in this house! It was GREAT for our large group- the double fridge and double laundry was so helpful! This house is on a more secluded part of the beach, keeping us far from crowds and noise. We absolutely loved this house!

Great Beach House

Our family enjoyed staying at DayDreamer at end of July. Plenty of space for everyone to visit together, cook together or get away for some quiet time. LOVED the location on the beach, not alot of foot or vehicle traffic...almost like it was our own private beach! Check in and out instructions were great, house was clean and had every amenity we needed...hope to stay here again!!

The Ultimate Family Beach House

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! It was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Having two refrigerators and two sets of laundry facilities was such a convenience for our group. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and nicely appointed, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Best of all, it's right on the beach—we could step straight out onto the sand. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing and hassle-free beach getaway!

Great family vacation!

This "Beach House" is perfect! It is exactly as described online. Our large family fit perfectly in the seven bedrooms. The kitchen/living area was very large as well as the outdoor deck. Did I mention it is right on the beach! The kids had so much fun swimming and hanging out on the beach. We enjoyed staying at DayDreamer so much! My family and I stayed here between Christmas and New Year's. The house is very roomy, clean and is updated nicely. A bonus is it has two refrigerators. It is right on the beach and also has plenty of parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this house.
