House was clean and pet friendly. The porch has a gate for a dog to stay. The beds were comfortable and it is steps from the beach.

Property was clean when we arrived. One recommendation would be to clearly state both front door keys were located in the lock boxes inside the floor level shower, not a big deal, but the way I read the instructions, it sounded like the front door had an electronic lock and lock boxes were provided inside the property. Again, nitpicking. Perhaps a video on how to lock the front door also, took a few minutes the first time, I felt like I’d break the handle, but it’s peace of mind knowing the door was hurricane rated. I will say the floors had a lot of separation between planks, I assume due to configuration of the house, being in a slight flood plain, lol, it sways a bit in the wind. Being able to park underneath was also peace of mind. All in all, we’d definitely recommend this property to others and will likely consider this property for future vacations.
