SALTY SEAS Beach house, 4br/3ba, OCEAN VIEWS, Walk to beach, HUGE covered patio

Spacious, newly renovated, perfect for multiple families. Two master suite and dedicated bunk room for kids. Large living room with enough seating for everyone! Enjoy a fully covered patio with ocean views to stay cool during Texas summers. Located in Port Bolivar close to ferry, plenty of parking and large outdoor shower. Beautiful drive on beach access, far enough away from the large crowds creating the perfect weekend getaway. Short drive to The Big Store, restaurants and water slides.
Guest access
Access to entire house except the garage. That stays locked for owners belongings.
Other things to note:
Please do not put any loose trash in the trash cans. Bolivar peninsula does not allow loose trash in trash collection bins at the front of the property. Anything that is loose will not be collected. Thank you so much for helping keep our beach clean!!

Great location

We loved our stay at Salty Seas! The home is located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the beach. The home was clean and comfortable and had plenty of room for our family!

Great for families

This property is perfect for large families. We were very comfortably accommodated with ample room for sleeping. The home was very well stocked with everything we could need. We would definitely choose this property again.

Nice house close to the beach

Our family of 6 adults and 4 kids stayed here! Loved the neighborhood and especially being in a culdesac so the kids could ride their bikes. Had nice neighbors next to us for the weekend. The house had everything we needed and all the beds were very comfortable. Great communication with the owner as well. Thank you for having us!

Family Fun

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We met up with my siblings and their children and stayed a few nights. The house was clean, and roomier than anticipated. There was more than enough dishes, pots, pans, and silverware for all of us. The ice maker was a bonus. The kids enjoyed some of the games in the closet and the swinging bed on the balcony. I was grateful for the washer and dryer. The store is not too far in the event you forgot anything, the walk to the beach is perfect. Any questions I had and emailed with were quickly replied to. Thank you for opening up your home to strangers to enjoy some family vacation time.

Disappointing

Outside swing pulled out of ceiling when it was sat on making person land on his tail bone. Outside sink fawcet broken at Outside bar, just dangling in the sink. Outside shower trim hanging with rusty nails exposed. Upper deck ceiling fans broken sitting on deck. None of the bath tubs would hold water so young kids couldn't take a bath. Bunk beds were so rickety because all the screws wer loose, had to tighten them. No toilet paper. 1 trash bag was supplied in kitchen. Refrigerator did not cool the food or milk. All the water hoses at every Outside fawcett was broken making it very difficult to wash sand off of beack chairs. I have stayed in many VRBO homes and this was the very worst one ever. All ather homes i have stayed in always had beach equipment to use. Toys for young kids to play with on the beach.Who ever has been hired to take care of this home needs to be fired. The house was not even locked when we arrived.

Perfect location perfect house

We loved staying at Salty Seas. The house was convenient to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, with a lovely spacious deck facing the water. The host was quick to respond when small matters needed to be addressed. We were impressed that the owner has a company spray for mosquitoes- we were inside when the worker came and sprayed the property-even the upstairs deck! That’s a plus!

All of the bed sheets had spots on them the bed mattress pad had spots on them we had cat hair or dog hair on the sheets all on the floor we walk on the floor with our socks and had either dog or cat hair on our socks need to update all of your bedding linen and mattress other than that the house was nice lot's room plenty of pots and pans Thank you Claresia Roberts
