Wonderful newer constructed 2 bedroom condo built on the banks of the beautiful Mississippi River. Enjoy the spectacular river views from inside the unit or outside on the covered deck. Popular 18 hole golf course and golf simulator minutes away. A short 15 minute drive to the popular Bett Plex Sports Complex in Bettendorf Iowa, 10 minute drive to LeClaire Iowa and 20 minute drive to the Quad Cities makes this destination a perfect get away! Coming by boat? City boat dock is right behind the property. Bike path is also directly behind property so bring your bicycles. Owners on site so a worry free stay is ready for you!

A wonderful visit with Old Man River

A beautiful surrounding with walking and biking opportunities. Like-new and squeaky clean rooms and common areas. Superb view of the Mississippi. Some good restaurants within a couple of blocks. Nice bar on ground floor. Our first visit to Blue Suede Suites but Definitely not our last.

It is a beautiful and scenic location amazing the bald eagles that was on the river! We can’t wait to go back in the summer months.

Getaway road trip

This place was perfect to get away from the big city. Everyone in Port Byron was welcoming. And the restaurants around there are all privately owned, a lot of Great places to eat. Sitting on the balcony watching the Mississippi river roll by was pretty relaxing also

Highly recommend! Stayed the weekend for a girls getaway birthday celebration. Steve, the host, was prompt with responding to questions. The accommodations are relatively new and very nice! Beautiful river views and above the cocktail bar that had a fun performer on Friday evening. We met several local people who were very friendly - a great small community! We are planning on coming back when warmer weather comes to take advantage of the deck.

Great weekend getaway

We stayed for our "honeymoon weekend" until we could get away on a bigger trip and it was a wonderful experience. Very clean & comfortable, great river views, and cocktails right down below. It couldn't be better!

Very clean and comfortable beds. We were a little bummed about the coffee shop/bar downstairs wasn't open on Sunday or Monday. Enjoyed the sunset over the river from the deck.

Sweet stay

Took 2 days to just get away and relax. This place was a great place to just that. The apartment was amazing. The bar downstairs was very classy and spotless. I give this place 5 plus stars!

Exactly what we hoped for.

Blue suede was wonderful. You might think that staying above a working bar would be noisy, but it was actually quite pleasant. The view of the river was outstanding and we enjoyed long hours sitting on the deck watching the sunset and the barges go by. Everything was clean and tidy and communication with our host was easy and quick. If I head up to the LeClaire Iowa region again, I’ll stay here again.

Beautiful condo on the river. Enjoyed everything about this place! Owners were great and helpful, their help were wonderful. Condo was clean, had everything we needed and centrally located. We also had a great time at Tug fest!

Relaxing stay

This was a very nice retreat for us as we enjoyed a wedding in the area. Nice location to LeClaire which has lots to do. There is a bar below the property. They had music Sat night but it ended fairly early so we didn’t mind.
