"Really well equipped kitchen with lots of seasonings and condiments provided. Don’t go grocery shopping until you see what is there. Coffee and tea provided. Super comfortable beds and lots of towels and cozy blankets for curling up in front of the fireplace. Fantastic place to use as a base for exploring!"
Oceanfront, newly built, modern tiny home with beach access!
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful holiday in the most perfect setting here at the tiny home in Tlell. Every detail was thought out. It truly felt like a little home away from home. The scenery out the windows was mesmerizing and captivated us on both clear sunny days as well as the stormy nights. We loved wandering past the cows to the beach to spend hours walking and agate hunting. Most times we were the only ones on the beach. Cindy was exceptional to deal with and we appreciated her prompt texts and information. We highly recommend staying here for any trip to Haida Gwaii. It's central location meant we were able to explore the entire island with ease. The Tlell area allowed us to experience some of our favourite landscapes and hikes. Highly recommended! "
"Lovely site and lodge. Dining in was good. Regarding practical issues: No elevator in lodge which would have been helpful for people that have mobility issues or heavy luggage (or both). A toilet paper holder would be handy and prevent twisting around and groping the basket for it. Also a hook on the door to hang a bathrobe or extra towel in the small shower/toilet space. No desk to work at either. Improvised with the small side table."
Comfortable,Cozy Loft Retreat- Private Stay in Central Port Clements,Haida Gwaii
10/10 Excellent
"This property is centrally located with many sites within easy driving distance on Haida Gwaii. A nearby wharf is within walking distance, great for an evening stroll. The Loft is quiet, and the kitchenette has enough amenities to cook meals and prepare lunches. Having the washer and dryer is a bonus! The shower is full size. The owner, Cath, is available to answer any questions and is there to help. The loft is suitable for a couple or 2 friends with a separate bedroom and a futon as a second bed. A friend and I stayed for 4 days. We were very pleased with the Loft. Please note, there are stairs to climb up to the Loft, so you must be mobile enough to climb stairs each day. Since we are quite active, this posed no problem for us. I would certainly stay at the Loft if I ever visit Haida Gwaii again!"
"We enjoyed this cozy, beautifully decorated cottage for the trip to mysterious, beautiful Haida Gwaii so much. All the amenities we needed for the 7 night stay. Our host was very responsive and courteous. Such a great location between two major cities for exploration. A cafe and pub steps away, and the amazingly well stocked Bay Market as well. We would love to return. "
