Welcome to our beautifully remodeled farmhouse, situated just down the road from Camp Perry! Ideal home base for exploring the Lake Erie area.
5 miles from the Jet Express, 6 miles from downtown Port Clinton, and 25 miles from Cedar Point.
Unwind in style on the expansive deck with a grill for summer barbecues, dine under a gazebo, or soak your cares away in the hot tub. Plenty of room to relax, play, or enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Ample parking, a first-floor bedroom, and a full bath.

Hot Tub Rules (Safety + Care)

Rinse off sunscreen/body oils before use when possible.

Always replace and secure the cover after each use and at night.

Do not adjust settings, drain, or add chemicals—message us if anything seems off.

Grill Rules

Turn the grill OFF after use and allow it to cool.

Clean the grates after cooking (brush provided).

Keep grill a safe distance from walls/railings and never leave it unattended.

If propane is low or you smell gas, stop using it and message us immediately.

A/C / Thermostat

Please keep the A/C set to 70°F (or return it to 70°F after adjusting briefly).

Keep doors/windows closed while the A/C is running.

Park only in: driveway

Do not block neighbors, fire lanes, or access points.

This was a very nice home Well stocked and very neat. Everyone really enjoyed being there Would be better suited for a large group in summer where you can eat outside
