10/10 Excellent

"From the beginning all of the staff members were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean. They provided us with plenty of towels which is a plus for me because a lot of places I feel like you never have enough. It’s right across the road from the lake. There’s a park within walking distance from the hotel that was so nice."

"The hotel was clean and the room had some nice amenities with the larger fridge and microwave. The air conditioning was wonderful and my view with the balcony was nice. However, I was in the West Tower and everything is in a different tower, including the front desk. None of the restaurants or gift shop took cash. There were machines to change cash into cards. But, this was not always handy. The line to get coffee was always long in the morning. Free parking was available, which was nice and the parks were in walking distance. Most of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I did not get breakfast any of the days I was there. The phone reception was very poor but the WiFi worked well. All in all, for what I paid I feel it was very overpriced."

"Check in took a while as there was only one person working. The room door was ajar when we got to it but the room was clean and fully stocked with towels and toiletry items.The only thing missing was sheets and blankets for the pull out twin mattress. There was a beautiful sunset to view from the resort. The food there was good and my granddaughter (4yrs) really had fun at the water park. It offered a good mix of age appropriate stuff. The bigger slides were shut down when we first got there but opened up later. The hot tub was very relaxing.and there were plenty of arcade games to play. The games all looked in working condition. Overall it was a good value !"

2/10 Terrible

"The rooms seemed updated but we had a lighter, old dirty towel left in our room when we got there. Our air conditioning unit leaked all over the ground so half the room was a pond, when you walked on it, the water splashed. We had a 2 towels put down to soak up the water which was brown. We asked for maintenance and it wasn’t taken care of until the second time we asked. They supposedly fixed it and put another towel down and the second towel was soaked after an hour. Not a good stay at all."

"Ample sized room, modern & convenient. Very convenient location with ample parking. Hot breakfast buffet was good and well attended to. Some minor imperfections: 1- no water available after breakfast - no water fountain & out of water to sell, 2- some loud guest late at night (soccer teams, not controlled by chaperones)"
