"We had an unfortunate experience with our TV. We wanted to watch the NBA playoffs but you had to link your phone to the TV. I was having difficulty so I asked the young desk associate. Her exact words to me was, well our customers just find something to watch on the normal channels. I don't know how to do it and either does my manager. Don't offer a smart TV with the capability if you don't educate the staff on how to help the guests. I would not stay there again."

"The only bad thing I have to say about the room was the bad in 104 was the firmest mattress I've ever tried to sleep on. I ended up putting two pillows under me to finally get any rest. It was very disappointing because everything else was great. Unfortunately we won't be able to return because a bed is the reason we book a hotel."

The location was very good - close to the water with a really relaxing vibe.The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for the weekend. You can tell the owners put thought into making it comfortable and easy for guests to settle in right away.Communication was smooth and everything was exactly as advertised, which always makes a big difference."
