"Just returned home from an excellent stay at villa Santa Brigida. The villa is in an excellent location, just an easy 10 minute stroll from the centre of Cala'n Porter. All facilities are great, especially the outside eating area and the pool. Communication with Julio was perfect, both before and during our stay. The paint on the floor is crumbling from damp, there's an awful smell of cat urine, wires are sticking out of the electricity meter, every other light bulb is out of order, the shower curtain is moldy, the garden furniture is almost non-existent and in a sorry state, and the paint on the table is crumbling .... In short, the apartment could be attractive if it were better maintained, but...
