"Junior Suite, a bit noisy at night as close to the elevators but amazing sea view. Couldn’t get Smart TVs to work and all settings in Spanish (we don’t speak enough to work out technical manual on hols) with no instructions, strangely in both our stays the housekeeping does not provide any tissues. Welcome bottle of mineral water, tea & coffee making facilities in the room with mini fridge (no mini bar service). Excellent range of amenities across the site. B&B package was excellent value for money but remember tourist tax payable at hotel. Lovely friendly and professional staff - but most of all a big shout out to Mandy who was there to give us a very warm welcome on our first stay at end of April and our return stay in mid May. Would definitely recommend this hotel on amenities alone as it caters for everyone, and we loved the pool which like the rest of the hotel was very clean. The restaurant and kitchen staff work very hard to produce a fab breakfast with array of local produce and range of plant-based options snd milks (though the coffees are out of a machine so not very good). "The property sits on a beautiful location. The service is great. Very helpful in booking a taxi to where we eared to get to out of town for two days. Right on the Cami de Cavalls trail."

"The location of this hotel is unbeatable. The rooftop bar, restaurant and pool have an incredible view of the cove. Truly magical."

"Very convenient location to main shops, restaurants, bus stop and port etc. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly. Great to have free snacks and drinks at hotel. Would definitely stay again."

"Pretty decent Hotel, clean everywhere and friendly staff. Nice pool area and sunbeds all well kept with plenty of umbrellas. Food plenty of choice and as quality as you’d except from an all inclusive buffet. Drinks too syrupy. Room had air conditioning but not switched on so like an oven. Asked for a fan and staff were helpful However we had to build it as it was brand new. Shower cubicle a little small. Good it had fridge but no milk given and tea and coffee sachets not refilled. Decent location but need a car really."

"The room had no air conditioning so it was far too hot to sleep. Parking was a nightmare as spaces are very limited so had to find a street away from the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t great quality and pigeons leaving faeces in the area which I appreciate isn’t the hotels fault but perhaps a cover over the outside area. Staff helpful and friendly and overall modern clean hotel. Disappointed whirlpools on roof were freezing cold."

"Had a fabulous stay, lovely room, great location. Great choices at breakfast. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. Hotel is in a great location. We were slightly out of season so not all the beach bars and restaurants were open but we could see they were getting ready to open in the next few days. We still found some lovely restaurants and didn’t have a bad meal. Lunch at the pool bar was also excellent. We also booked spa time and a massage which was just what we needed! We will most certainly return"
