This beautiful villa overlooks the 5th Fairway of the Mirage Golf Course and is nestled among lush, tropical gardens and manicured lawns. Conveniently located to the North side of the property, closer to Macrossan Street end, it’s only a short stroll into town and the iconic Four Mile beach. Its timeless architecture and open plan living makes it the perfect choice for your next stay.
With master bedroom and private ensuite located on the upper level, the ground floor offers a second bedroom with flexible bedding options and small courtyard area. The main bathroom is also on the ground floor.
The kitchen has been fully renovated, it is spacious and well equipped. Designed to invite light, it boasts open plan living throughout the dining and lounge areas and the attractive quartz flooring has been accentuated with soft furnishings and tasteful pieces. The alfresco area can be accessed via ceiling to floor glass sliding doors and is perfect for your entertaining needs, allowing you to soak up the atmosphere and tropical vibe.
