It is a great escape from the touristy crowds on the other side of the island, and provides a peaceful and authentic St. Vincent experience. The host - Leslie - was helpful far beyond what might normally be expected of a host. "Great house with three air-conditioned bedrooms with attached full baths. We loved cooking breakfast in the big kitchen and taking it out with our coffee to the outdoor dining table on the porch overlooking the water as there was always a cool breeze in the morning. Sitting by the pool with a drink in hand and watching the sunset was also a highlight. It is a three minute walk down to the beach and a six minute walk to the sandbar which has chairs to rent for 10. The owners are very responsive with questions and any little problems we had with the house. It is very quiet and isolated and peaceful. THe cost is 15-20 to get a taxi into town."
