This property is in the heart of Port Elliot only 300m to the pristine shoreline of Horseshoe Bay. Within a few minutes you can stroll to the famous Port Elliot Bakery, boutique shops, cafes / restaurants and even wave to the iconic Cockle Train from your back doorstep. 4A Charles St is the perfect weekend retreat.

The Space:
Spacious open plan living / dining with high ceilings and new reverse cycle ducted air conditioning.
• Fully equipped solid timber kitchen with dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, wall oven and breakfast bar overlooking the outdoor entertaining area.
• Undercover entertaining is very private and secure with rear access down Ellis Lane. Use this second entrance as a short cut to the beach and reserve or park your boat in your back yard. The enclosed garage is not available for guest use.
• 2 bedrooms downstairs both with direct access into the central bathroom with linen press and separate W/C.
• 2nd toilet conveniently located off the laundry.
• Upstairs features another bedroom with a TV.
Just over an hour from Adelaide, Port Elliot is the cream of the crop on the South Coast. Time to buy now and enjoy watching whales, surfing, swimming and soaking up the beauty of this historic town.
