Shack on Seaview is your quintessential Port Elliot beach house — calm, inviting, and perfectly suited to beachside living. Step through the protected enclosed porch into the main living area, where comfortable seating and a large TV create a welcoming place to unwind. High ceilings and exposed timber beams enhance the sense of space, while air conditioning ensures year-round comfort.

The layout flows into the open-plan kitchen and dining area, where large windows draw in natural light and frame gentle hillside views. The kitchen pairs a timeless feel with everyday practicality, offering a walk-in pantry, electric cooktop and oven, and generous bench space for both quick meals and shared cooking. The timber dining table brings everyone together, from slow mornings to long, relaxed lunches.

A second living area provides a quieter retreat for movie nights and opens directly onto the rear patio for effortless alfresco dining. Outside, enjoy long meals in the fresh air before gathering around the fire pit with log seating for cosy evenings under the stars.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to suit a range of stays, each offering a peaceful place to recharge. The primary bedroom features a king bed, built-in wardrobes, and a compact ensuite. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with garden views, while the remaining bedrooms offer a mix of single and king single beds. The main bathroom includes a full-sized bath and walk-in shower, perfect for a relaxing soak or refreshing rinse, while the separate laundry with a washer and direct outdoor access makes longer stays feel easy and convenient.

Off-street parking is available for up to four cars on the driveway.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
